Aquarist Hub was founded in November 2020 by passionate aquarist Willy, with a vision to make the aquarium hobby accessible and affordable for everyone. Recognizing a growing interest in aquatics, Willy launched an online store that quickly became a go-to destination for aquarium enthusiasts across the UAE, offering a range of products delivered swiftly to customers' doorsteps.

 

Shortly after our inception, we proudly signed an exclusive dealership agreement with Hygger, a brand known for its high-quality yet affordable aquarium products. This partnership allowed us to enhance our product offerings, and we soon expanded to include all major aquarium brands, ensuring our customers have access to the best options available.

In November 2022, we took a significant step forward by opening our first physical store in Khalidiya, Abu Dhabi. This new location not only allowed us to sell aquarium fish and plants but also provided our customers with the opportunity to see and experience our products firsthand before making a purchase. The response was overwhelmingly positive, and it marked the beginning of a new chapter for Aquarist Hub.

Today, we are proud to operate three physical stores: Khalidiya in Abu Dhabi, Al Nahda 1 in Dubai, and Majan in Dubai. Each new shop has enabled us to expand our reach and serve more aquarists in different locations.
